Monitoring and verification of effects of the energy efficiency actions – Within its work, “SEECO” applies the best methodology for maintenance and verification of effects of the energy efficiency actions, regarding: associated savings when it comes to energy consumption (MWh); reduction of emission of CO2 (tone by year); financial savings; overall importance of conducted actions (%) etc. Within the monitoring, the evaluations of availability and reliability of information that are needed for evaluation of energy efficiency actions, propositions for their improvement which has a goal of correct assessment of accomplished effects of energy efficiency actions, are also being produced.
Production of documentation for acquirement of energy certificate – Energy survey of buildings are being done in order to determine consumption of energy in buildings through the analysis of energetic characteristics of building’s “envelope” and characteristics of technical systems. “SEECO” prepares all of the necessary documentation for acquisition of energy certificate which is given by the Environmental protection and energy efficiency fund of Republic of Srpska and the Fund of the Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Production of detailed energetic examination – Energetic examination of the building is the key and unavoidable step when it comes to analysis of effective consumption of energy, energy sources and water, control of consumption and reduction of expenses and finally control of consumption of energy, energy sources and water in the buildings. The component of energetic examination is the identification of actions that are being taken for making energy efficiency when it comes to existing buildings and for identification of recommendation for using buildings when it comes to accomplishing fundamental requirement for construction, management of energy and heat conservation in the new buildings. Energetic examination of the building implies analysis of the technical and energetic characteristics of the building and the analysis all of the technical systems in the building which spend the energy and water with the main goal of determination of efficiency and/or inefficiency of the energy consumption, energy resources and water, and also making conclusions and recommendations for improvement of energy efficiency. In accordance with characteristics of the certain buildings, certain steps of energy examination are specific. Through the methodology, there is difference, over all, between new and existing buildings, and also the difference when it comes to the purpose and the type of building. In order for detailed energy examinations to be as accurate as possible, “SEECO” offers measurements of all of the needed and relevant information which are going to be used as an input information for calculation.
